CIJ is committed to maintaining the highest standards of editorial integrity, independence, and transparency.

Editorial Independence

All editorial decisions are made solely on academic merit. Advertising, commercial interests, or the nationality or institutional affiliation of authors have no influence on acceptance decisions.

Conflicts of Interest

Editors who have a conflict of interest with a submitted manuscript recuse themselves from the review process for that submission.

Corrections and Retractions

CIJ issues corrections for minor errors and retractions for articles that contain fundamental flaws. All corrections and retractions are clearly linked to the original article.
