Publication Ethics

CIJ upholds the principles established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Author Responsibilities

• All listed authors must have made a significant intellectual contribution to the work.
• Authors must disclose all funding sources and conflicts of interest.
• Data fabrication, falsification, and selective reporting are strictly prohibited.
• Duplicate submission or simultaneous submission to another journal is not permitted.

Reviewer Responsibilities

• Reviews must be objective, constructive, and completed within the agreed timeframe.
• Reviewers must declare any conflict of interest and decline to review if one exists.
• Manuscript content must be kept strictly confidential.

Editor Responsibilities

• Editors must treat all submissions fairly and without discrimination.
• Unpublished manuscript content must not be used in the editor's own research.
